Hello and welcome to my practice.  Asking for help is not easy, so I am so glad you are here!

Therapists are not a one size fits all and finding the right fit for you, your family, and/or your child is important for therapy to be successful.

My approach towards you or your child, is collaborative, genuine and warm, and I offer both empathy and humor.  I am very easy going and this truly is a judgement free zone. My approach is also client-centered, strengths based, and solutions focused.  I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities to correspond with the needs of each individual person, meeting you where you are at.

One of my strengths is working with those who have a hard time trusting, connecting, and feeling safe.  My ability to connect with teens and adults of all personalities and backgrounds, even the most difficult to reach, allows me the opportunity to be impactful and help them achieve their goals.

I work with preteens, teens, college students, and adults on a variety of issues that may be impacting them.  I also offer parent consultations and understand, this is by far, the hardest job ever!

I know how important it is to make connecting as easy as possible and therefore offer the options to phone, text, or email depending on your needs, as well as the convenience of telephone, video, or in-person sessions.

When I’m not meeting with clients, you can find me doing something (anything) outdoors, or playing Uber driver to my two children.  I also have two dogs because one dog didn’t bring enough chaos to my home!
